Our vertical high-consistency pulper absorbs and integrates the latest pulping technology from abroad and is developed in combination with the national conditions. It is used in the waste paper pulp production line under high concentration conditions. When adding chemicals, ink particles and impurities can be separated from the fiber, thus using waste paper to produce high whiteness pulp. This machine is designed according to the principle of the hydraulic vortex, rotor adopts the structure of the double-head spiral and flying knife combination when the rotor is rotating, the high-concentration pulp does radial circulation movement, promote the waste paper to accelerate hydration, defibering. In the process of operation, the waste paper is always in a high concentration of the fiber, so that the fiber and fiber will produce friction between each other, easy to make ink particles and chemical additives and fiber separation, achieve the purpose of recycling. The high-consistency pulper is vertical, mainly composed of tank, rotor, transmission part, pulping plate, bracket, and other parts.
Rotor device consists of a rotor and bearing device, with a spiral blade on the rotor, the rotor rotates, pulp by the downward movement along the rotor surface, and towards tank wall from the lower part of the rotor, then upward along the tank wall again, back to the bottom by the rotor to form hydraulic impact and strong shearing action, pulp friction and knead, finally dissociated into a single fiber, at the same time, under the action of mutual friction between the fiber and the chemistry of deinking agent, the ink is peeled from the fiber surface. Bearing support device adopts low friction structure, and all adopt non-contact sealing except stuffing box, to reduce unnecessary energy loss.
The tank is made of welded steel plates with angle steel flanges on the upper part for expansion of volume during high concentration operation and low concentration discharge. The lower part is provided with a groove bottom flange connected with the pulping plate. There are three baffles at the bottom of the tank to promote the backflow of pulp to form a circulation, and the orifice plate is used as a dilution water channel in the case of high-concentration breaking. The bottom of the tank is provided with a pulp outlet to discharge pulp after the completion of breaking.
The lower part of the tank is equipped with a driving part, which is composed of spindle, bearing, bearing seat and belt pulley, etc.
A large aperture sieve plate can be installed under the rotor according to process requirements. If you have any need of low-consistency pulping, change rotor and sieve plate, it can also be used as a low consistency pulper.
The bracket is composed of four pipe strings and reinforcing bars to support the tank. The upper part of the reinforcing bar is welded with the tank, and the lower part is welded with the bottom plate, so as to make the support more firm.
As a deinking machine, hydrapulper use intermittent operation, according to the pulping process flow, it can be applied for high concentration pulping, or low concentration pulping.
